Guinep

This small, tropical fruit with green skin and an orange inside grows in bunches of about 12 on Mamoncillo trees. Guineps go by a number of names all around the world, including Spanish lime, ackee, and mamoncillo! They are high in Vitamin A and C, Calcium, Iron, and more nutrients. You can find this sweet snack in the Caribbean, Mexico, and South and Central America.
